NAVALE WATCH WINDER WARRANTY

Welcome. All our watch winders come with a standard 1 year warranty (unless otherwise stated) from the date of purchase for mechanism / motor failure only. Original purchase receipt and this copy must be presented to effect warranty. Carry in to designated locations only.

Important: Original purchase receipt or warranty card issued by our representing sales outlets or from Counting Time MUST be produced for the warranty to be effective

Navale winders without the original receipt will be deemed as beyond the stated warranty period and repair charges may apply accordingly.

The following are NOT covered by the Warranty:

1. Cosmetic issues: Scratch, broken external parts, de-coloration, peeling, stains on the exterior.
2. Opening of the unit by unauthorized technicians or persons.
3. Normal Wear and Tear on Motor/ Mechanism
4. AC adapter / Battery adapter
5. Beyond the one year warranty program, Navale Watch Winders are still servicable / repairable but cost of repairs and parts will apply.
